ACCOMMODATION

Deadline for hotel reservations: 10 July 2010

After this date, any reservation requests received are subject to room availability and can not be guaranteed by the Organisers.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT SEPTEMBER IS HIGH SEASON IN PARIS AND HOTELS ARE VERY BUSY. SEND YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST EARLY to have a WIDER CHOICE and FASTLY SECURE YOUR HOTEL ROOM!

Hotel rooms at special Congress rates are being held for congress participants and their families in various hotels of different categories all over Paris.

You can submit your reservation request in the two following ways:

• by secure online registration and payment via the Congress Web site www.itc2010.com
  (all payment methods are accepted: check, bank transfer or credit card - VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS)
• by fax or post: in this case, the hardcopy registration form (downloadable from the Congress website) needs to be completed and sent to the Congress Office accompanied by your payment.
  
  
• Reservation per phone will not be processed.
• All nights must be prepaid in advance. The amount corresponding to your entire stay will be charged upon reservation and will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your hotel bill at check out.
• Afixed charge of 15 € per reservation for handling fees will be required for all hotel reservations.
• Upon receipt of your hotel reservation request, MCI will mail you an invoice/confirmation letter summarizing accommodation details and specifying payment status.
• In case of late arrival or later arrival date, please inform the congress office as soon as possible to avoid the cancellation of the entire reservation by the hotel.

ROOM RATES

All rates are indicated in Euros, per night and per room. Reservations must be made through the Congress Office to guarantee the indicated rates negotiated for the Congress.

Cancellation conditions for hotel reservation (for individual reservations)

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e.mail) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions:

• Up to 15th May 2010: the 15 Euros will be withheld for administrative fee
• Cancellations between 16th May and 1st July 2010: 50% of the deposit and reservation fees will be withheld
• After 1st July 2010: no refund
