REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

HOW TO REGISTER

Access to all congress activities is subject to registration.
Participants are encouraged to register in advance and as early as possible in order secure their participation and also benefit from lower registration fees, wider hotel accommodation choice, and social events availability.

Deadline for early bird registration: 30 June 2010

You can register by the two following ways: (all payment methods are accepted: check, bank transfer or credit card - VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS)

  1. by secure online registration and payment
  2. by fax or post. Download the registration form from the congress website, complete it and send it to the Secretariat accompanied by the payment.

Registration requests or changes by phone will not be processed.
Upon receipt of your registration and after payment clearance, the Secretariat will mail you an invoice/confirmation letter (or email) summarizing all registration and accommodation details and specifying payment status as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) amounts.
This confirmation letter (or email) should be presented upon arrival at the pre-registration desk.

To apply for the member registration fee, you must be a member in good standing of your Sister Thyroid Society.
To qualify for the student registration fee, the applicant’s registration form must be accompanied by written proof of status.

The ITC Organising Committees has given mandate to MCI for the organisation of its 14th International Thyroid Congress. MCI is the sole competent company to receive payments for this Congress.

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e.mail) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions and reimbursement will be processed AFTER the Congress.

GROUP REGISTRATION

All companies and agencies registering delegates to the ITC 2010 Congress are requested to provide the complete professional or personal address of each participant.
Registrations made under a group or agency’s address will NOT be considered nor processed by the Congress Office.
